Yes — the journey planner is completely free to use, with no sign-up or account required. All features, including multi-stop routes, Tank Range, Split Cost and live fuel prices, are available at no charge.

Yes — you can add up to 2 extra stops along your journey, completely free. Click "Add a Stop" below the Destination field to add a town, city or postcode. Each leg of your route is colour-coded on the map, and you'll get a breakdown of distance and drive time for every leg.

Fuel prices come from the UK government's mandatory fuel price transparency scheme, which requires retailers to publish forecourt prices within 30 minutes of any change. We sync this feed every 15 minutes, so prices shown are at most around 15 minutes old.

Use the Tank Range feature in Vehicle Details. Set your current fuel level (Empty, ¼, ½, ¾ or Full) along with your MPG and tank size, and we'll calculate your driving range and highlight the cheapest station you can actually reach. Stations beyond your range are dimmed so you can focus on what's reachable.

Yes. In the Vehicle Details section, use the − and + buttons to set how many people are sharing the cost (up to 50). After planning your journey, you'll see both the total fuel cost and the per-person cost — useful for car shares, road trips, away days or any group travel.
